Marshall Wace LLP recently announced its acquisition of a new stake in the Invesco Aerospace & Defense ETF (NYSEARCA:PPA) during the second quarter of the year. This information was disclosed in the firm’s latest Form 13F filing submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

According to the filing, Marshall Wace LLP purchased 2,030 shares of the ETF, which amounts to an investment approximately valued at $209,000. This strategic move highlights the growing interest in aerospace and defense investments, especially given the current global climate.

In addition to Marshall Wace LLP, several other large investors have also made significant adjustments to their holdings in the Invesco Aerospace & Defense ETF. For instance, Centaurus Financial Inc. enhanced its position by an impressive 163.8% during the fourth quarter, now holding a total of 5,609 shares valued at around $517,000 after acquiring an extra 3,483 shares.
